Overland travel
Border crossing into Vietnam is possible from China, Laos and Cambodia. Tourists can pass borders at the following checkpoints with visa approval:
- From China: Huu nghi, Lao Cai, Mong Cai
- From Laos: Cau Treo, Lao Bao, Cha Lo (Quang Binh)
- From Cambodia: Moc Bai, Vinh Xuong (by boat) |
